Book preorders placed through this website are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland). When you start a preorder, you are redirected to Stripe's hosted checkout page. The data required for the purchase and shipping – name, delivery address, email address and payment details – is entered there directly with Stripe.

Use of Data
Personal data is used only in a limited manner. We ensure that our marketing activities comply with applicable law and have established processes to obtain your consent before sending you emails with information about Obermatt services. You can request at any time that we stop delivering further content.

Service Providers
To provide and securely operate this website, we use the following service providers as data processors. They process data exclusively on our behalf and to the extent described: • Vercel – website hosting and cookieless, aggregate audience measurement (Vercel Web Analytics) without personal profiles. • Sentry – capture of technical errors to keep the website stable, with data stored in the EU. To diagnose errors, a small, anonymized share of sessions is recorded; text input and form fields are masked automatically. • Cloudflare Turnstile – protects the contact form against spam without cross-site tracking. • Resend – delivery of messages sent through the contact form and of order notifications. • Sanity – delivery of content and images via a content delivery network. • YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode, youtube-nocookie.com) – embedding of individual videos; data is only processed when you play a video. Payment processing (book preorder)
For preorders of the book «Outperform», we process payments through Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). At checkout we collect and transmit to Stripe the data required for the order: name, email address, shipping address, order quantity and payment amount. Your card details are processed exclusively by Stripe and never reach our servers. Stripe processes this data to handle the payment and prevent fraud; this may involve a transfer to the USA. Obermatt reserves the right to amend and/or extend this privacy policy at any time without giving reasons. Under no circumstances may this policy or parts thereof be interpreted as creating a contract or agreement between Obermatt and a user who visits these websites or sends data of any kind to this website.
