Terms of Sale
These terms govern the sale of the book “Outperform — The Power of Pay for Performance” through obermatt.swiss. Advisory engagements with Obermatt AG are governed by their own contract, not by these terms.

How the contract is formed
Showing the book on this website is not a binding offer. Placing the order at checkout is your binding offer. The contract is formed when we confirm the order or ship the book. Payment is taken at the time of order.
Price and shipping
The preorder price is CHF 84 per copy. Shipping is charged in addition and is shown at checkout before you place the order: CHF 9 to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, CHF 21 within Europe, CHF 31 to the other countries we ship to. The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay us.
Taxes and import charges
For deliveries outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the destination country may levy import VAT, customs duty and a carrier clearance fee. These are not included in the amount shown and are payable by the recipient.
Delivery
The book is a preorder and ships after publication, expected in November 2026. If publication moves, we will tell you by email and you may cancel free of charge at any time before shipping.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers resident in the EU or the United Kingdom may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The period runs from delivery, so on a preorder it does not begin before shipping. A clear statement to info@obermatt.swiss is enough. You may use the model form below.

Returns and refunds
Send the goods back without undue delay after withdrawing. You bear the direct cost of return shipping. We refund the purchase price and the cost of the cheapest standard delivery we offer within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, once the goods have reached us or you have shown that you sent them back.
Cancelling before shipping
Independently of any statutory right of withdrawal, you may cancel a preorder at any time before it ships by emailing info@obermatt.swiss. We refund the full amount including shipping.
Warranty
Statutory warranty rules apply, and for purchases under Swiss law that means Art. 197 ff. of the Swiss Code of Obligations. We replace damaged or incomplete copies once you tell us at info@obermatt.swiss.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich. For consumers resident in the EU, the mandatory protections of their country of residence remain reserved under Art. 6(2) of the Rome I Regulation, including its rules on jurisdiction.
